Customers making payments online to prevent disconnection of services for non-payment or to have service restored must contact Customer Service during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m. until 5:00p.m. to advise of payment. This will insure that service is not interrupted if payment has been made or if disconnected, it allows Customer Service to know that service should be restored as soon as possible. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED, ONLY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD. IF CUTOFF, A $50.00 RECONNECT FEE IS REQUIRED ALONG WITH PAYMENT TO HAVE SERVICE RESTORED. Once payment has been made, you should notify Customer Service before 4:00p.m. Eastern Standard Time to insure service is restored the same day. If payment is made after normal business hours, you should contact Customer Service the next business day to have service restored.
