• Click here to fill out our form Online, you will be required to pay the deposit and setup fee before the application will be submitted. The link will take you to the Xpress Bill Pay website and you will be required to create a user profile, login as an existing customer and then you will be directed to the online application. You will be able to setup a recurring payment at the end of the application process. Because you have already created your Xpress Bill Pay account, you will be able to see your utility and make payments online once your new bill has been uploaded to the website. Applicant must submit a lease agreement or proof of ownership along with a picture ID before service can be connected.
