Villa Rica Master Trail Plan

With the assistance of the Path Foundation, the City of Villa Rica is working to plan a greenway trail system. A planned trail system is an amenity that transforms city's through promoting pedestrian connectivity to destinations such as parks, neighborhoods, and business districts.  More importantly, trails are beneficial because they encourage active healthy living. As part of this process, the City staff is working with both a steering committee, as well as, the community to define the layout and components of this plan.

The first community meeting and presentation was held Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at Powell Park.  A copy of that presentation and the preliminary alignment is below.  Public comments will be accepted through Friday, April 27, 2018.
