2017 Pine Mountain Cowboy Festival
COME TO PINE MOUNTAIN GOLD MUSEUM FOR 1ST ANNUAL COWBOY FESTIVAL!
Please join us as we will host our 1st ever Cowboy Festival on Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 10 am until 4 pm! There will be free music and cowboy shows. There will be history demonstrations scheduled throughout the day - including blacksmithing, flint knapping, and distilling. There will be several mine tours given by museum staff. We will also be offering train rides (departing from Pinetown Depot) and gold & gemstone panning. Everyone that chooses to pan for gemstones will leave with a bag of gems. There is NO admission to attend the festival, enjoy the music or the cowboy shows. No reservations are required for this event.
Train rides, museum entrance and gold & gemstone panning are $5.00 each with discounts for children ages two through 12, seniors, and military. As always, children under the age of two are free.
