The Tabata style uses high intensity interval training for maximum endurance. Each class has a mix of strength, core & balance exercises that are done to timed music with rest periods in between each exercise. This is a fast paced class geared towards increasing your heart rate, creating more stamina and burning fat!
Each Session is $20, runs for 8 weeks & is 30 minutes per class. Class is offered on Saturday mornings from 10 am until 10:30 am at Gold Dust Park. Please register at Gold Dust Park located at 646 Industrial Blvd. Fore more information call 770-459-7011.
There will not be any make up classes due to absences. Yoga mats required/water bottle & towel suggested.
Min 4- Max 8/ $5 drop in fee per class/ Adults 18 & up

Session I: January 7 - February 25
Session II: March 4 – April 22
Session III: April 29 – June 24 (off May 27th)
Session IV: July 8 – August 26 (off July 1st)
Session V: September 9 – October 27 (off September 2th)
Session VI: November 4 – December 30 (off November 25th)
