Saturday only Bootcamp

The Tabata style uses high-intensity interval training for maximum endurance. Each class has a mix of strength, core & balance exercises that are done to timed music with rest periods in between each exercise. This is a fast paced class geared towards increasing your heart rate, creating more stamina and burning fat!

Each Session is $20, runs for 8 weeks & is 30 minutes per class. Class is offered on Saturday mornings from 10 am until 10:30 am at Gold Dust Park.  Please register at Gold Dust Park located at 646 Industrial Blvd. For more information call 770-459-7011.

There will not be any make-up classes due to absences. Yoga mats required/water bottle & towel suggested.

Min 4- Max 8/ $5 drop in fee per class/ Adults 18 & up

Sessions for 2017 are as follows:

Session I: August 5th - October 7th (no classes Sept. 2nd or Sept. 9th)

Session II: October 14th - December 16th (skipping Nov. 25th) This session is 9 weeks long.
