Jazz Fest Vendor Information & Layout
General Guidelines for all Events:
* Rain or Shine Event
* No refunds
* All Vendors must provide their own tent (unless you have paid for rental of one), no larger then 10 X 10 feet. No use of stakes in ground permitted.
* All merchandise/craft vendors must sell handmade items
* No prizes or selling of toys with weapon, horror or violence theme, No silly string or snap pops
* All food vendors must provide proof of insurance
* All food vendors must provide menu of items to be sold with application
* Villa Rica Main Street reserves the right to deny applications for vendors with duplicate goods or food.
* All vehicles must be unloaded and moved from parking located along the perimeters of the Mill 30 minutes before event start time.
* Only one 120V outlet per vendor (when purchased or during an evening event). Vendor must provide a heavy duty extension cord no longer than 8ft. * Participation is key, please arrive on time and have booths ready by set time for each event. All vendors are expected to stay for the entirety of the event, unless otherwise noted. Failure to do so, or to show up at all, could result in future ineligibility.

JAZZ FESTIVAL: in addition to above
* Vendors may arrive as early as 12:00 pm to set up
* Vendors must have set up complete by 3:30 pm
* Vendors may not provide food or treats for distribution unless they are a food vendor
