TABATA STYLE BOOTCAMP
The Tabata style uses high intensity interval training for maximum endurance. Each class has a mix of strength, core & balance exercises that are done to timed music with rest periods in between each exercise. This is a fast pace class, geared towards increasing your heart rate, creating more stamina and burning fat!
Each Session is $20, runs for 8 weeks & is 30 minutes per class. Class is offered on Monday evenings from 6:15-6:45 PM @Gold Dust Park. There will not be any make up classes due to absences. Yoga mats required/water bottle & towel suggested.
Min 4 - Max 8/ $5 drop in fee per class/ Adults 18 & up
*Must have a minimum of 4 pre-registered participants to hold class.*
Sessions for 2017 are as follows:
Session I: January 2 - February 20
Session II: February 27 – April 17
Session III: April 24 – June 19 (off May 29th)
Session IV: June 26 – August 21 (off July 3rd)
Session V: August 28 – October 23 (off September 4th)
Session VI: October 30 – December 18
